Chris Lieto 3x Ironman Champion Triathlete & Owner of Base Performance Nutrition Chris Lieto finished 2nd at the 2009 Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii. The best and fittest athletes in the world gather for the toughest triathlon encompassing a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and a marathon 26.2 miles. Chris had an amazing day leading the race with authority for over 5 hours. As Chris crossed the finish line he pointed to the sky and gave the glory to God.
